We are having an amazing time of rest and relaxation and would like to spend one more night here. Your on-site manager, Bill, has been such a wonderful host! He is a great guy and very helpful and one of the best people we have dealt with during vacation stays. Over the past 12 years we have stayed at various hotels and private homes in Troncones, and your facilities have been, by far, the best that we have stayed at. I am sure it has a lot to do with Bill because he is keeping the place in great condition and he has that great balance of friendliness and giving the guests their space and privacy.
